The Conversation Operating System, including the Supero Diagnostic approach, is a proprietary framework that underpins Supero's diagnostic services and is designed to help bind clients' systems, data and processes together, with meaningful conversation at the core to support pipeline quality and revenue growth.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any Supero trade mark, service mark, trade name, methodology or other brand feature without our prior written consent.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Supero grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and its Content for your own internal business purposes only.

You must not, unless expressly permitted by law or by our prior written consent:

  • copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any Content;
  • modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works from any Content;
  • sell, license, sub-license, rent, lease or commercially exploit any Content;
  • remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or proprietary notices;

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Supero, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
