Why we built this

The diagnostic-first model exists because everything else fails in the same way.

Most revenue interventions start with a solution. A sales methodology. An AI platform. A coaching programme. The solution is deployed before anyone has measured the actual problem. Behaviours change briefly. Numbers move. Then they revert. The system reasserts itself.

Supero starts with measurement. The Conversation Score, Pipeline Integrity Score, AI Maturity Index, and Financial Impact Model are deployed first. We find out where value is leaking, what it costs, and what the recovery is worth before a single recommendation is made.

Cumai is an Enterprise Transformation Architect with 15+ years taking AI from pilot to production in complex, regulated environments. How Supero is built, before AI ever enters the room.

Every Supero engagement is designed to be explainable to a board, responsible in how it treats people and data, and transparent in what it claims and what it does not. AI sits on top of that standard. It does not lower it.

From 2 August 2026, the EU AI Act formalises this expectation across the European market, with financial penalties tied to global turnover. We treat it as ratification of our approach, not a constraint to manage. Final legal and regulatory approval for any live deployment sits with the client's own legal team.
